Place chicken in a bowl and add the salt, pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, and olive oil, mix and let marinate for 30 minutes.

Once marinated, alternate the vegetables and chicken on the skewer, making 6 skewers.

Preheat oven to 450F.

Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, flipping the skewers about halfway through. Check to make sure the chicken is cooked all the way through.
