Preparare un calice freddo da 44 cl.
Aggiungere ghiaccio nel calice.
Versare 9 cl di vino frizzante e 6 cl di aperitivo arancione per lo spritz padovano.
Aggiungere soda e guarnire con una fettina d'arancia.
Per lo spritz veneziano, aggiungere ghiaccio, 9 cl di vino bianco fermo e 6 cl di bitter veneziano.
Aggiungere soda e guarnire con scorza di limone.
Per il Pirlo, aggiungere ghiaccio, 10 cl di vino bianco fermo e 6 cl di bitter milanese.
Guarnire con scorza d'arancia (o di limone).
