Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. 3In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. 4Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  5. 5Stir in cooked rice, tomato paste, chopped parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Instructions
