75 gms of Garlic
25 gms of Ginger
2 Green chillies
2 Sprigs of Curry Leaves
1 Tomato cut into pieces
20 ml of oil
500 ml of water
Salt to taste
2 Spoons of Garam Masala or Mixture of spices

Take the beef pieces and add 500 ml of water and cook for 120 minutes in a pan or 45 minutes if in a pressure cooker.

Heat 10 ml of oil and put in the shallots and the ginger and saute till the shallots lose their pinkish color.

Add the garlic and saute well.

Add the Green chillies, tomato pieces and the curry leaves and saute well.

Add the cooked beef pieces and saute and mix well for 5 minutes.

Add salt to taste and 2 spoons of Mixture of spices.

Saute and mix for 5 more minutes.

Add the rest of the curry leaves and saute and mix.

Take off the flame and serve.
