2 cups endive, chopped
1/4 cup sweet onion or vidalia onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chive, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)
1 ripe avocado, mashed
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 slices ciabatta bread

Chop up good quality canned tuna and set aside.

Rip off leaves from endive, stack them facing the same direction, and cut into thin slices.
