1 large English cucumber
3 medium or 2 large avocados
15 ounces of tuna
1 medium red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
fresh black pepper

Slice one large English cucumber and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.

Slice 3 medium or 2 large avocados and add them to the bowl.

Drain and break up 15 ounces of tuna with a fork and add it to the bowl.

Peel and thinly slice 1 medium red onion and add it to the bowl.

Chop half of a small bunch of cilantro (about 1/4 cup) and add it to the salad.
