Avocado Tuna Salad

2 cans solid white albacore tuna packed in water
3 to 4 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup green onion (both white and green parts) sliced
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 teaspoon salt (or seasoning of choice)
