2 Tbsp rice flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 large egg white
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1/4 tsp sugar
50g butter
2 Tbsp garlic (finely minced)
5 dried red chillies
1 Tbsp chilli paste
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp tomato ketchup
spring onions (white bulb and lower stem)
banana peppers (sliced, to taste)
MSG (optional, to taste)
