Almond milk reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Cut 350 grams of apples into medium-sized pieces.
Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin and 1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida to the oil.
Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Chop and add 1 green chili to the mixture.
Stir in 1 teaspoon of garam masala and 1/2 teaspoon of fennel powder.
Add 1/2 teaspoon of amchur and 1/2 teaspoon of dry ginger powder; mix well.
Incorporate 1 tablespoon of kasuri methi into the mixture.
Finish by adding fresh cream and mix well.
