200g Broccoli

In a small bowl combine cornflour, stock, sugar and soy sauce. Stir until sugar and cornflour has dissolved

Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a wok over high heat

Add the beef and stir-fry for 2 to 4 minutes or until browned

Add the ginger, garlic and broccoli, stir-fry for 2 minutes

Add the stock mixture and stir, cook for 2 minutes or until sauce thickens

Add sesame oil and stir
