250 grams boneless chicken
1 cup peanut masala
1/2 cup water

1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
2 dried red chilies
3-4 cardamom pods
2 tablespoons chana dal
2 tablespoons urad dal
2-3 cloves
3-4 tablespoons peanuts
1/2 medium tomato
1/2 cup water

Prepare the peanut masala by roasting 1 cinnamon stick, 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, 2 dried red chilies, 3-4 cardamom pods, 2 tablespoons chana dal, 2 tablespoons urad dal, 2-3 cloves, and 3-4 tablespoons peanuts in a pan without oil.

Blend the roasted ingredients with 1/2 medium tomato and 1/2 cup water to make a paste and set aside.

Slice 1 medium onion into thin slices.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a kadhai (wok).

Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, and 1 teaspoon urad dal to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant.

Add the 2 dried red chilies and sauté further.

Add the sliced onion and salt to taste, and sauté until the onions are translucent.

Add 3-4 sliced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant, being careful not to brown them too much.

Add 250 grams of boneless chicken and mix well with the onion and garlic.

Stir in the prepared peanut masala and sauté for a few minutes.

Add the chopped bell peppers (1/2 green, 1/2 yellow, and 1/2 red) and 1/2 cup water, and mix well.

Allow the mixture to cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the bell peppers are tender.

Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
