In a bowl, combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 2 tsp baking powder.

In another bowl, separate the eggs and whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Add 3 tbsp sugar and 5g vanilla extract to the egg yolks and mix.

Melt 3 tbsp butter and add it to the egg yolk mixture along with 1 cup of milk.

Combine the flour mixture with the wet ingredients and gently fold in the whipped egg whites.

Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp.
