Season the chicken breast with salt, seasoning powder, black pepper, and paprika powder.
Rub the seasoning all over the chicken breast to ensure it is well coated.
Grill the chicken on a medium to low grill pan with a sprinkle of vegetable oil, flipping continuously until cooked.
Shred the grilled chicken into small bits and set aside.
Slice the cabbage thinly and rinse it in a bowl of water, optionally sprinkling salt to clean it.
Set the rinsed cabbage aside after draining.
Wash the carrot, peel if necessary, and shred it using a grater or food processor.
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, cabbage, and shredded carrot together.
Boil eggs, cut them into smaller pieces, and add to the bowl of chicken, cabbage, and carrot.
Add mayonnaise to the mixture and mix thoroughly until well combined.
Butter the toaster to prevent sticking, then spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
Add the filling generously on top of the mayonnaise-covered bread slice.
Cover with another slice of bread and butter the top side.
Toast the sandwich in the buttered toaster until golden brown and crispy.
For the second sandwich, separate the oil from the sardine and add it to a bowl.
Mix the sardine with the reserved cabbage, carrot, and mayonnaise.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and season with salt, seasoning powder, and pepper.
Fry the whisked eggs in a pan with oil until they form an omelette, flipping to cook both sides.
Cut the omelette into smaller pieces for the sandwich filling.
Butter the bread slices on both sides and toast them in a grill pan until golden brown.
