1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on both sides.

Set up a breading station: Place the flour in one shallow dish, beat the eggs in a second dish, and place the breadcrumbs in a third dish.

Dredge each pork chop in the flour, shaking off the excess.

Dip the floured pork chop into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
