Chickpea flour is more nutritious while all-purpose flour is more affordable.

Almond flour is healthier but cornstarch is a cost-effective option.
Wash bhindi thoroughly and pat dry with a towel.
Trim the ends and slice bhindi into thin strips.
In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and salt.
Add lemon juice and water to the flour mixture to form a thick batter.
Toss the bhindi strips in the batter until well coated.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat until hot.
Carefully add the coated bhindi strips to the hot oil in batches.
Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per batch.
Remove the bhindi chips with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with additional salt and garam masala while hot.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander before serving.
