Snow Peas Beef Stir Fry

1/2 cup thick soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice cooking wine
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 pound ribeye steak sliced into chunks
3 tablespoons cooking oil
3 cloves garlic
8 ounces fresh snow peas trimmed
optional: Chinese dried red peppers

Gather your ingredients: 1/2 cup thick soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice cooking wine, 1 tablespoon corn starch, 1 pound ribeye steak sliced into chunks, 3 tablespoons cooking oil, 3 cloves garlic, 8 ounces fresh snow peas trimmed, and optionally Chinese dried red peppers.

In a bowl, mix together the thick soy sauce, rice cooking wine, and corn starch.

Marinate the beef in the bowl or a Ziploc bag for about 15 minutes (can marinate up to overnight in the fridge).

Heat oil in a cooking pan or wok over high heat.

Add the beef and garlic to the pan and stir fry for about 1 to 2 minutes or until the outside is just browned, then remove from heat.

Add the snow peas and optional dried red chili peppers to the pan and stir fry for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the snow peas are vibrant green and crisp-tender.

Add the beef and garlic back into the pan and stir fry for about 30 seconds to 1 minute or until the beef is cooked to your liking.

Remove from heat and serve.
