Rinse 7oz mung beans under cold water.

Soak mung beans in cold water overnight.

Rinse and drain soaked mung beans and place into a food processor.

Cut 1 onion and add to the food processor.

Add 3oz black olives, 2tbsp sun dried tomatoes, 1 garlic clove, 2tbsp ketchup, 1tsp garam masala, 1/2tsp chilli flakes, and season with salt to the food processor.

Blend until mostly smooth.

Place the mixture into a mixing bowl.

Add 2tbsp brown rice flour and mix well.

Set aside for 5 minutes.

To make the sauce, mix 8oz dairy-free yogurt with black pepper and season with salt.

Finely chop 2tbsp chives or spring onion and add to the sauce along with 1tsp garlic powder; mix well.

Lightly oil a non-stick frying pan.

Shape the mixture into patties, about 3oz each.

Cook patties over medium heat with the lid on for about 5-7 minutes.

Flip patties over and place the pan lid on; cook over low heat for 7 more minutes or until golden and crispy.
