Peel and grate 2 medium carrots and transfer into a big bowl.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl.

In a separate bowl, add 110gr (1 cup) chickpea flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cumin, and black pepper.

Add 125ml (1/2 cup) of plant-based milk to the chickpea flour mixture and combine.

Transfer the chickpea flour mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix it well.

Add olive oil to a frying pan and heat it.
