Grilled Calamari & Stuffed Crab

Clean calamari and remove the insides, then rinse under cold water.
Prepare the stuffing by mixing crab meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, chopped onion, and parsley in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the stuffing mixture and combine thoroughly.
Stuff the cleaned calamari with the crab mixture, sealing the ends with toothpicks if necessary.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the stuffed calamari with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the calamari for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly charred and cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil and lay any leftover stuffing in it.
Bake the extra stuffing in the oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Serve the grilled calamari hot with the baked stuffing on the side, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
