Cut 4 green onions in half to separate the white and green parts, then cut each part into 2-inch sections.

Crush 4 cloves of garlic and finely mix them.

Cut 1 onion into large strips and separate the onion pieces.

Slice beef against the grain into average thickness, thinner or thicker to preference.

Marinate the beef with dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, baking soda, and cornstarch; mix well and add a little oil and sesame oil.
