2-3 liters water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chaat masala

Peel the corn cobs carefully to remove any bad parts.

Wash the peeled corn cobs thoroughly.

In a large pot, add 2-3 liters of water and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Bring the water to a boil on high flame for 10 minutes.

Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce to medium flame for 15-20 minutes to cook the corn.

While the corn is boiling, prepare the spice mix in a bowl by adding 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 teaspoon chaat masala.

Mix the spices well to create the masala.

Cut the lemon and add it to the spice mix bowl.

After 20-25 minutes, check the corn to see if it's fully boiled by breaking a kernel with a knife.
