1

Put the black beans in a pressure cooker and add water and salt to taste.

2

Close the pressure cooker and cook on medium heat.

3

Once pressure is achieved, cook for 30 minutes.

4

While the beans are cooking, chop the pork ribs and season them with garlic and onion powder, then add the feijoada mix and reserve.

5

Peel the orange, slice it, and reserve.

6

Chop the onion and cut the kale.

7

After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pressure release.

8

Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and add all the meat.

9

Close the cooker and turn on the heat again to achieve pressure, then cook for 20 more minutes.

10

Prepare the rice and kale: put the rice in a pot, add salt and water, and let it cook for approximately 20 minutes.

11

In a separate pan, fry the chopped onions and then add the kale, cooking for around 10 minutes.

12

Turn off the heat for the rice and beans, and let the pressure release again.

13

Open the cooker; the broth should look a bit thick. If not, let it cook a bit longer with the cooker open.

14

Serve a bit of rice, add the kale on top, sprinkle with cassava flour, and add the slices of orange.
