Juicy Turkey Burger Recipe

Smash and mince 3 cloves of garlic.

Mince parsley and set aside.

In a large bowl, add 1.3 pounds of ground turkey.

Measure out 1/4 cup of Italian bread crumbs and add to the bowl.

Crack 1 big egg into the bowl.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder to the mixture.

Add 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.

Add the minced garlic and parsley to the bowl.

Mix everything together using a fork or your hands, ensuring the breadcrumbs are evenly distributed.

Prepare a bowl of water for damp hands to shape the patties.

Shape the turkey mixture into patties and place them on parchment paper.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and optionally spritz with olive oil.

Once the pan is hot, place the patties in the pan, pressing them down slightly.

Cover the pan to help cook the turkey through and increase heat.

Cook the patties for about 4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Flip the patties and press down, then cover again.

If desired, add cheese after flipping to melt on the burgers.

Once cooked, remove the patties to a plate and cook any remaining patties.
