Turkey Burgers

1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, and onion for serving

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix the ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
