Turkey Burgers

2.5 pounds ground turkey
1 egg white
1 whole egg
1 avocado
1 cup oats
dill weed
Italian seasoning
cayenne pepper
Himalayan sea salt
oregano
black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
coconut oil for greasing
1 teaspoon organic butter
4 tablespoons water
sweet potatoes
broccoli
cinnamon
balsamic vinegar

Slice avocado and onion.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2.5 pounds of ground turkey, 1 egg white, 1 whole egg, sliced avocado, 1 cup of oats, and diced onion.

Add spices: dill weed, Italian seasoning, cayenne pepper, Himalayan sea salt, oregano, and black pepper to taste.

Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the mixture.

Mix everything together with hands until well combined.

Form the mixture into 12 golf ball-sized balls.

Heat a pan and lightly grease it with coconut oil.

Flatten the turkey balls into patties and place them in the pan.

Cook until golden brown on one side, then flip to cook the other side until fully cooked.

For sides, dice sweet potatoes and place them in a pot with 1 teaspoon of organic butter, 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, and 4 tablespoons of water.

Steam sweet potatoes and broccoli together in the pot for about 5 minutes.

Once cooked, sprinkle cinnamon over sweet potatoes and drizzle balsamic vinegar over broccoli.
