Turkey Burgers

675g extra-lean ground turkey
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 egg
2 cups finely chopped spinach
1/2 cup diced onion
6 hamburger buns
1 sliced avocado
1/2 cucumber, sliced

In a large mixing bowl, add turkey, quinoa, egg, spinach and onion. Mix well.

Divide into 6 equal portions and form into patties.

Heat BBQ or frying pan on medium to high heat, add patties. Cover for about 3-5 minutes then flip over. Cover and continue for another 3-5 minutes until cooked through.

Meanwhile toast the buns, slice cucumber and avocado and prepare spinach as toppings.

Add sour cream to the bun then add the patty, avocado, cucumber and spinach.
