Preheat the oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, combine 3 lbs of 80/20 ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, barbecue sauce, 2 envelopes of onion soup mix, low sodium all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of Better Than Bouillon, 2 eggs, Italian breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon of water, and black pepper.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly and form a small patty to taste for seasoning adjustment.

Using a 1 and 1/2 tablespoon cookie scooper, scoop the mixture and form meatballs, doubling each scoop.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the meatballs on it.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing Sweet Baby Ray's barbecue sauce with grape jelly and 2 or 3 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.

Once the meatballs are done baking, cover them with the sauce and serve.
