Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a bowl, season the ground beef with 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp of salt, some pepper, 1/2 tsp of parsley, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, 1/2 tsp of onion powder, a pinch of raw cane sugar, 1/4 tsp of oregano, 1/4 tsp of thyme, and 1 tsp of paprika; mix well and let it marinate.

Cook 600g of GF gnocchi according to package instructions; rinse them off so they don't stick.

In a hot pan, add oil after the water beads to make the pan non-stick; then turn the stove down to the desired temperature.
