Slice the ribeye beef thinly, about 1.5 to 2 pounds.
Coat the beef with 1/4 cup flour and some pepper to help it cook.
Heat a tablespoon of stir fry oil in a 12-inch cast iron skillet over high heat.
Add the beef to the skillet and brown it for a few minutes, then remove it from the pan.
Add more oil to the pan if needed, then add 2 cups of broccoli and 4 pods of minced garlic.
Saute the broccoli for a few minutes before adding the snow peas and pepper.
Pour in 1/2 cup of beef broth and let the vegetables cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch to make the sauce.
Once the vegetables are tender, return the beef to the pan and add the sauce.
Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring until the sauce thickens.
