Add 1 kg of cubed beef and 1 head of peeled garlic to a pot over medium heat with 2 tbsp of melted unsalted butter.

Sauté until the beef is golden brown.

Add 3 tbsp of mustard, 3 tbsp of soy sauce, and 1 cup of water to the pot.
