300g boiled Potato
1 can tuna
5 boiled Eggs
1 Onion
curry leaves
chili
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
100g breadcrumbs
1 Egg yolk
Salt

Boil the potatoes and eggs until cooked.

Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.

Add the canned tuna, chopped onion, curry leaves, chopped chili, lemon juice, black pepper, breadcrumbs, egg yolk, and salt to the mashed potatoes.

Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

Shape the mixture into cutlets.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
