Separate the egg whites from the yolks and place the egg whites in a clean bowl.

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat until soft peaks form.

Gradually add sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.

Fold in the corn starch and vinegar gently.

Spoon the meringue mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a circle with a slight dip in the center.

Bake in the preheated oven until the meringue is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.

Allow to cool completely before assembling.

Spread the creme patissiere in the center of the cooled meringue.
