100 ml oil
2.5 cups flour (300 grams)
3 tablespoons chocolate powder
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 pinch baking soda
100 ml warm milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup hot milk (for chocolate syrup)
1 cup sugar (for chocolate syrup)
1 cup milk powder (for chocolate syrup)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (for chocolate syrup)

Prepare a sponge cake by beating 4 eggs and 1 cup sugar until well combined.

Add 100 ml oil and beat for 2 minutes.

Sift and add 2.5 cups flour, 3 tablespoons chocolate powder, 1 tablespoon baking powder, and 1/2 pinch baking soda, then mix well.

To improve the consistency, add 100 ml warm milk and mix thoroughly.

Preheat the oven to 190°C for 5 minutes, then bake the batter at 170°C for 10-12 minutes.

Once the sponge is baked, let it cool on a rack.

Prepare chocolate syrup by melting 1 tablespoon butter with chocolate chips, then add 1/2 cup hot milk and mix well.

Poke holes in the cooled sponge and pour the chocolate syrup over it to soak.

Whip 1 cup of cream until fluffy and spread it over the sponge.

Prepare chocolate ganache by mixing 1/2 cup hot milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup milk powder, and 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, then beat until thick.

Spread a thin layer of ganache over the whipped cream layer.
