Yorkshire Pudding

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl.

Pour in 1 cup of milk after the eggs.

Whip the mixture until it's nice and frothy.

Add 1 cup of double zero flour to the bowl and mix until smooth like pancake batter.

Put the batter in the fridge to chill.

Preheat the oven to 450°F and place a cupcake tin with bacon fat inside to heat until smoking hot.

After a few minutes, check that the bacon fat is very hot.

Carefully pour the chilled batter into the hot cupcake tin.

Return the tin to the oven and bake for about 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, check that the puddings have puffed up and are golden brown.

Remove the puddings from the tin and let them cool slightly before serving.
