Easy Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Yorkshire Pudding
Quantities are estimated based on standard recipes for your convenience. The actual ingredients used in this video are accurate.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, mixing well.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
In a muffin tin or a baking dish, add a small amount of beef drippings or vegetable oil to each cup (about 1 tsp).
Place the tin in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes until the oil is hot and shimmering.
Quickly pour the batter into the hot oil, filling each cup about halfway.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the puddings are puffed and golden brown.
Serve immediately as a side dish with roast beef or gravy.
