Gather all ingredients: 1 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 4 large eggs, and 1 and 1/2 cups milk.

Add 4 large eggs to the blender.

Pour in 1 and 1/2 cups of milk.

Spoon in 1 and 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour into the blender.

Optionally add salt and pepper to the blender.

Blend the mixture for about 1 minute until well combined.

Option to refrigerate the batter for about 1 hour for resting.

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

Oil the bottom of the popover pan with vegetable oil (about 1 teaspoon) using a squeeze bottle.

Place the oiled pan in the oven for about 10 minutes to heat it up.

After 45 minutes of resting, take the batter out of the fridge and give it a quick mix in the blender.

Remove the hot pan from the oven and pour the batter in, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Immediately return the pan to the oven and bake for 20 minutes without opening the oven door during baking.

After 20 minutes, check the popovers; if they aren't browned enough, leave them in for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove the popovers from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
