125g (1/2 cup) water
3 whole eggs
226g (3/4 cup) prime rib dripping or melted butter
3g (1 tsp) salt
pinch of pepper
229g (1 1/2 cup) all purpose flour

Preheat the oven with the pan containing butter or beef dripping until very hot, almost smoking.
