Yorkshire Pudding

1 tablespoon beef tallow

Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Add 1 tablespoon of beef tallow into each muffin tin, brushing it around with a brush.

In a mixing bowl, combine 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, and 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

Add 1/2 tablespoon of salt to the mixture.

Let the batter settle for about 5 minutes.

Remove the hot muffin tin from the oven, which should be incredibly hot and slightly smoky.

Pour the batter into the hot beef tallow in the muffin tin, being careful as it may splatter.

Place the muffin tin back in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes without opening the oven door.

After baking, remove the Yorkshire puddings from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
