Make slits in the half leg of lamb.

In a mixing bowl, combine 4 oz of plain flour, 2 eggs, and 1/2 pint of full fat milk.

Whisk the ingredients together until smooth.

Pour dripping into a baking dish and preheat the air fryer to 200°C.

Pour the batter into the hot dripping in the air fryer.

Cook the Yorkshire pudding in the air fryer for 40 minutes.
