1 pound fresh salmon
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
pinch of Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash original blend
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon butter

fresh butter lettuce

1

Start with a little over a pound of fresh salmon, skin removed, rinsed with cold water, and patted dry with a paper towel.

2

Cut the salmon into smaller pieces to fit the size of the slider bun, ensuring they are not too big or too small.

3

Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil directly on the salmon.

4

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top of the salmon.

5

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Old Bay seasoning and a pinch of Cajun seasoning on the salmon.

6

Add 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash original blend, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper to the salmon.

7

Massage the seasonings into the salmon with clean hands until each piece is coated.

8

Heat a pan over medium heat, coat with a small amount of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of butter.

9

Place the seasoned salmon pieces in the pan, pressing them down to achieve a crust.

10

Sear the salmon for 3 minutes on one side, then flip and sear for another 3 minutes on the other side.

11

Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.

12

Toast the slider buns in a tiny bit of butter.

13

Assemble the sliders with a layer of homemade honey mustard sauce, fresh butter lettuce, seasoned Roma tomato (with black pepper and salt), and the piece of salmon with a little more honey mustard on the top bun.
