16 Mini buns
1 cup Italian seasoned panko crumbs
1 Egg
2 Green onions
2 tsp Green chillies
4 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
1½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Red chilli flakes
2 tbsp Cilantro
1 ½ tsp Garlic
Oil for grilling
1 Avocado
1 tsp Green chillies
1½ tbsp Cilantro
2 tsp Onion
¼ tsp Red chilli flakes
½ tsp Salt

In a bowl, add all the ingredients except buns and oil and mix well.

Take a small portion and make into patties to fit size of the buns.

Heat grill pan, drizzle oil. Place prepared patties grill for 5 - 6 mins.

Drizzle more oil on patties. And flip them. Cook another 4 - 5 mins.

Remove to a plate and keep aside.

Also grill mini buns for a min or two and remove to a plate.

In a bowl, add all the ingredients under ‘Avocado salsa’ and mix well.

Place buns base on a plate.

Spread generous amount of avocado salsa, place cooked patties and top with buns top part.
