Rub salt, whole black pepper, and chilli powder all over the pork skin.

Marinate the pork skin with Knor cube for at least 30 minutes.

Drain the pork skin and pat dry with paper towels.

Heat cooking oil in a deep pot over medium-high heat.

Add the pork skin pieces in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.

Remove the chicharon and drain on paper towels.

Let it cool slightly before serving.
