1 cup Tomato pulp
1 tablespoon Berbere Spice
½ cup Chickpea Flour or Besan
2 ½ cup Water
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Jaggery or any sweetener

Heat clarified butter in a pot and add the onion paste. Let it cook until slightly brown.

Add the ginger and garlic paste. Once it cooks, add in the tomato pulp.

Cover and cook for 15 mins. Stir periodically. Add water as per desired consistency.
