Cut the onion into normal pieces.

Place the onion in the pressure cooker.

Add lamb chunks to the pressure cooker.

Add the remaining onion, black pepper, and cardamom to the pressure cooker.

Pour water over the meat until it's completely covered.

Add salt and 2 broth cubes.

Cook in the pressure cooker for around 35 minutes.

Chop the parsley.

Prepare the rice by cutting butter and adding it to the rice.

Add 4 cups of soaked jasmine rice to the pot.

Add turmeric powder and Arabic mixed masala to the rice.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder, butter, and salt to the rice.

Mix everything together and add a little hot water to melt the butter.

Cook the rice until done.

Open the pressure cooker and take the meat out onto a platter.

Strain the broth from the rice.

Prepare the yogurt sauce by boiling yogurt for 10-15 minutes until thickened.

Add turmeric powder and Arabic masala to the yogurt sauce.

Place the cooked meat into the yogurt sauce and boil for 3-5 minutes more.

Fry pine nuts and almonds in oil over medium heat until done.

Place chapati bread on a plate, then add the yogurt sauce on top.

Add the cooked rice on top of the sauce.

Place the meat on top of the rice.

Top with pine nuts and almonds.

Garnish with parsley and pour some sauce on top.
