10 curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 tablespoons urad dal
1 cup chickpea flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups oil
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup coconut
2 tablespoons tamarind
2 tablespoons jaggery
1/2 cup water

Prepare idli batter and let it ferment overnight.

Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds until they splutter.
