Rajbhog Icecream

Cultural Context

Rajbhog Icecream, a delightful Indian dessert, is inspired by the traditional Rajbhog sweet, which is a type of stuffed sweet made from paneer. This ice cream variant celebrates the rich flavors of saffron, cardamom, and nuts, often served during festivals and special occasions. Its creamy texture and aromatic profile make it a favorite in Indian households and restaurants, with modern adaptations appearing globally.
