8 large cubes of chicken breast (boiled in base gravy)

Start by preparing the garlic and ginger paste by blending equal parts garlic and ginger with a little oil.

Heat 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a deep-sided aluminum wok.

Add the garlic and ginger paste to the hot oil and fry for about 20 seconds.

Stir in the curry powder, chili powder, and tandoori masala, frying for an additional 5-10 seconds.

Add 3 tablespoons of double concentrate tomato puree and a small amount of base gravy to loosen the mixture.
