1 cup leek

1 cup spring onions

6 tbsp tamarind sauce
4 tbsp chili oil
6 tbsp dark soy sauce
5 tbsp light soy sauce
4 tbsp paprika
2 tsp MSG
1 sliced onion
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp turmeric
1 cup coriander
4 tbsp vinegar

Add salt, pepper, turmeric, chili, and paprika to the meat.
