4 green onions
1 cup carrots
1 bell pepper
1 cup mushrooms
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups cabbage
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar

Press tofu to remove excess moisture for 15-20 minutes.

Crumble the pressed tofu into a mixing bowl.

Add soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper to the bowl.

Chop green onions, carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms into small pieces.
