1 tbsp sugar
1 pack all-purpose seasoning
5 slices bluefish
1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Blend 2 pimento peppers, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 small hot pepper, 5 leaves of thyme, and 1 scallion to make green seasoning.

Chop 4 multicolored bell peppers into small bite-sized pieces, and set aside.

Prepare 1 cup of frozen okra (or fresh if available), 1 medium tomato chopped, and 1 medium onion chopped.

Heat 2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
